Do you need to see the space before quoting?
For recurring cleaning and most specialty jobs, yes. A walkthrough is the only way to see the floors, restrooms and traffic areas that drive the work. It also means the plan fits your building instead of a template.
Scheduling
How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the space and how much visitor traffic it gets. Busy offices, clinics and stores often need service every weeknight. Small offices may need one to three visits a week. Restrooms and breakrooms usually set the minimum. We'll recommend a schedule after the walkthrough, and you decide. Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most commercial cleaning happens after close or early in the morning so it doesn't interrupt staff or customers. Weekend and overnight scheduling is common for floor work and post-construction cleaning. Flexible scheduling is part of every plan.
What if we need to change the schedule?
Call or email. Adding visits, cutting back for a slow season or skipping a holiday can be worked into the plan.
What's Included
What does a routine commercial clean include?

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Our team uses professional-grade equipment and proven cleaning methods. Consumables such as restroom paper, soap and trash liners can be supplied by you or by us. We agree on that in your quote so nothing is left unclear.
Do you clean windows?
Routine cleaning covers entry doors and interior glass. Window cleaning beyond that can be added to your plan or scheduled on its own.
Specialty Cleaning
Do you strip and wax floors?
